Description
I saw several of these in the Net Monster Manual, so I decided to include a few myself. These are, like many of these, being given statistics on the spot, so feel free to change them if necessary for game balance. Also, I used mostly the MM I for purposes of comparison, with some comparison to the stuff in the Net Monster Manual..

I just finished reading through the Net Monster Manual.. I am changin my description format to match that of the other dragons. I'm leaving the dragons before alone, cuz I'm lazy.
Ivory dragons are immense creatures, similar in form to the Black dragon, but a pale ivory white in color, and much larger.
Combat
Ivory dragons prefer to use their breath weapon without closing on their foes if at all possible. When pressed, however, they strike with the claws, often wreaking immense damage. They are unable to fly, and thus don't ustilize aerial maneuvers as other dragons do.
Breath/Special Abilities
The Ivory Dragon spits a wide stream of acid, which is a number of feet wide equal to the age category of the dragon, and is the age category of the dragon in " (10 yards) in length. This acid eats through normal armor and equipment in 2 rounds, and will do 1d12+1 hp for the next three rounds (unless age category 3 or less: d4+1 hp for the next three rounds). Magic armor and items must make a save - if successful, the acid will not affect them. if unsuccessful, they will be eaten through by the fifth total round if not cleaned off by then.
Ivory dragons will automatically have spell ability, but will only have either priest spells, or wizard spells, not both. There is a 10% chance that a particular Ivory dragon can have both.
Habitat/Society
Ivory dragons are loners in the extreme, and only once every several hundred to a few thousand years do two Ivory dragons force themselves to see each other long enough to produce offspring. Once the child is born and provided for (enough meat to last a week or two), it is abandoned.
Partly because of this, and partly because of a racial vice for extremism, Ivory dragons are either very good, or very evil. They rarely fight amongst themselves, however, as species survival demands that they not. Indeed, it is often possible for an extremely good and evil pair of Ivory dragons to be the ones who produce the next generation.
Ecology
Ivory dragons are extremely ravenous early on in life, decimating the population near them, but this hunger tapers off to almost nothing later on, until they rarely eat more than the equivalent of a few cattle every few years. As an ecological niche, the main place they play is in keeping the virginal lands virginal - moving in on the territories that an Ivory dragon has claimed as its own is essentially condemning any civilization you may found to an early fall. Consequently, the approximately five mile radius of forest that an Ivory dragon claims as its own is generally some of the most peaceful wilderness its possible to find. And fortunately the most dangerous.
Notes
Note 1: The treasure of Ivory dragons runs pretty true to dragon form, but lacks the usual amounts of magic items - use the treasure categories for a Black dragon, but replace about 50-60% of the magic items with their equivalent in other treasure types, such as Gold.
